Exchange & Return Policy

we want you to be completely satisfied with your Hijab Mission purchase . 

You have 3 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.

• Please check and try the item immediately upon receiving it, while the courier is still present.
• To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be unused, with tags still attached, and in its (full original packaging).
• If you don’t want the item, it can be returned directly to the courier. In this case, shipping fees will be charged.
• In case of wrong or damaged items, return is accepted immediately with no shipping fees charged to the customer.
• Once the item is received and accepted, refunds will be processed through Instapay, Vodafone Cash, or any smart wallet, after deducting the shipping fees.
• For exchange requests, kindly place a new order and share both the new and old order numbers with us.
• All delivery charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• Items are non-refundable once used or worn.
