Exchange & Return Policy
You have 3 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
Please check and try the item immediately upon receiving it, while the courier is still present.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be unused, with tags still attached, and in its (full original packaging).
If you don’t want the item, it can be returned directly to the courier. In this case, shipping fees will be charged.
In case of wrong or damaged items, return is accepted immediately with no shipping fees charged to the customer.
Once the item is received and accepted, refunds will be processed through Instapay, Vodafone Cash, or any smart wallet, after deducting the shipping fees.
For exchange requests, kindly place a new order and share both the new and old order numbers with us.
All delivery charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Items are non-refundable once used or worn.
